  The service at Carlito's was terrible. We waited 15 minutes for a server to come to the table to take a drink order, then it took over 30 minutes to get two orders of pasta! The hostess and manager sat in the middle of the dining room folding napkins and gave no attention to the customers, and the waiters all hung around the kitchen not attending to their tables. The food was less then fair. Upon leaving I shared our experience and concern with the manager - she said she was sorry and when I asked if she even cared she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. I indicted she might want to be a little more customer focused and she just did the same thing again! For food that was less than fair the terrible service does not make the Tuesday night pasta special worth it at all. THE WORST SERIE IN WOODBURY, CT!
